Na ulicama Banja Luke, uz prisustvo Zeljke Cvijanovic, predsjednice RS, odrzan je koncert Policijskog orkestra MUP-a Republike Srpske. Na ulicama, kucama i zgradama istaknute su su zastave Republike Srpske. Republika Srpska nastala je 9. januara/sijecnja 1992. godine pod prvobitnim nazivom Srpska Republika BiH. Ove godine, rodjendan Republike Srpske, zbog pandemije virusa korona, obiljezava se bez svecanog defilea na Trgu Krajine, velikih okupljanja, ali i tradicionalnih prijema kod predsjednika Republike Srpske.
